Inspired by the U2 - Unforgettable Fire coverphoto, made by photographer Anton Corbijn, I photographed castle and other ruins, dolmen, standing stones and stonecircles in Ireland and the UK.
I worked on black and white film with special sensitivity reaching into the infrared part of the spectrum (Kodak HIE Infrared film) to add a special and mystical effect to the photos.
